Eric Kephart, D.O. is the owner and founding physician of Kephart Integrative Medicine. A board-certified, fellowship-trained primary care sports medicine physician, Dr. Kephart is certified in Advanced Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy and has over a decade of experience with ultrasound and interventional orthopedics. His sports medicine background includes program director of an American College of Graduate Medical Education (ACGME)-accredited primary care sports medicine fellowship; medical director for NCAA Division I Saint Francis University (SFU); team physician for Altoona Curve, AA affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates; team physician for NCAA Division I SFU athletics; and team physician for Hollidaysburg area high school. Dr. Kephart has lectured at local, state, and national conferences, including Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association (POMA), Osteopathic Medical Education Conference (OMED), and American Osteopathic Academy of Sports Medicine (AOASM).
