On another note, this WILL end. And, when it does, we encourage you to come out to events and committee meetings and programs. All have been rescheduled and offer super opportunities to continue to build your network, enhance your business expertise and build community and business programs.
While you are working virtually (most of you), why not read some great business books and in preparation for the fall meetings of the Business Book Club, Sponsored by Kreischer Miller.
Glenda Childs, Owner of the Doylestown Bookshop, will lead the discussion on October 8. The Book Club selection is Leave Something on the Table: And Other Surprising Lessons for Success in Business and in Life by Frank Bennack
The November 19 session will be led by Dr. Mark Hoffman, Executive Director of the Bucks County Intermediate Unit #22. His book selection is Resonant Leadership: Renewing Yourself and Connecting with Others Through Mindfulness, Hope, and Compassion by Annie McKee and Richard E. Boyatzis.
Both book club meetings take place at Chamber headquarters at 8:30 a.m. Now would be a perfect time to read the books, take notes, and prepare for a great interactive discussion.
