Leadership Advancement is designed to take the region’s top and future business leaders on a journey of discovery to go behind the scenes of County Government; the region’s most powerful influencers; our school system; prison system; healthcare – and much more!

This intensive nine month program not only introduces participants to leaders, companies and organizations in a profound and intimate way, it also provides a network of support among a cadre of fellow professionals interested in shaping the business community and region for years to come.

Founded through visionary Marian Jensen Barford, a cultural community leader, this 13 session program offers the opportunity to meet from once to twice a month and presents an expanded portrait of Bucks County – from its tremendous legacy of arts and culture; its history of land preservation; and its presence as a rich community of top thinkers and business producers.
