Finally, write an essay on why this individual should be honored as a 2014 Young Citizen.  The honorees and one guest will receive a lunch and award (other guests may attend; cost is $25) at a luncheon held on November 14, noon to 1:30 p.m. at The Waterwheel Restaurant in Doylestown.
