Our purpose as the Women in Business Committee is to support the role of women in the workforce and foster their business growth through networking opportunities and seminars designed specifically for women. The committee awards an annual scholarship to a woman needing further education to re-enter the job market or shift career direction and also honors an outstanding woman for her business and community leadership with the V.I.A. Women in Business Leadership Award.
