MEMBER SPOTLIGHT - H. Joseph Phillips AIA, LEED, AP
With a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from Temple University, Joe Phillips’ architectural career began in 1986 when he joined
George J. Donovan AIA & Associates. After 29 years of working for the firm, Joe became sole owner and principal in 2014. He is also a LEED Accredited Professional and a Certified Sustainable Building Advisor. His areas of expertise include facility assessments, feasibility studies, master planning, project program development, LEED consultation, sustainable building advisement, home efficiency consultation, replacement reserve analysis, restoration design, municipal design, adaptive
reuse design and public presentation.
Joe has built a stellar reputation and takes pride in delivering services on time, understanding the project's requirements, and maintaining sensitivity to the environment and the community.
In addition to Joe’s incredible career, he serves on the Board of Directors for the Central Bucks Chamber. He is also an active Member of multiple Committees, including Co-Chair of the Architectural & Environmental Committee and Sponsor for the Art Exhibit Committee. His support of CBCC extends into his family with his wife, Heather, and son, Joey, who are also highly involved in Chamber events.
